RETURN POLICY
New and unused items can be returned within 2 weeks of receipt and must be in resaleable condition. We do not have a restocking fee, however items that are returned for a full refund must be resaleable (meaning they look like new and are still functional). DIY Kits will only receive a partial refund if some of the kit was already assembled.
- Return Windows - 14 days from when the item is marked as "DELIVERED"
- Buyer pays return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are not refunded
- Once we receive your return we'll assess it and issue a full or partial refund based on condition received
- There is not currently a restocking fee on returns
If product was damaged during installation or shows signs of use, it will only be eligible for a partial refund and refund amount is assessed once we receive the returned item. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Buyer pays for return shipping.
Returns are only accepted with prior authorization. Please email us to let us know you would like to return an item. Do not just send us the item without first notifying us.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Pinitech LLC offers a 180-day limited warranty against defects on all ASSEMBLED products manufactured by Pinitech LLC. Our warranty does not cover damage by improper installation or modifications beyond intended use.
DIY Kits are handled on a per-case basis and limited to parts replacement only. YOU must fix your own board, we will not fix DIY boards soldered by customers as there can often be soldering issues caused by improper solder temperature, improper solder type, etc. We will however work with you through email to the best of our abilities to help troubleshoot and will at our discretion send replacement components if we identify the issue is with a component. Due to their nature, we cannot warranty assembly done by others on DIY Kits.
